Our consulting services establish agribusinesses in Animal Husbandry, Crop Production, Apiculture, and Hydroponics for families and communities. These ventures are tailored to support families in adapting to climate change and fighting poverty. Our innovative initiatives aim to tackle the task of developing sustainable agribusinesses that align with 14 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

In parallel we offer workshops in the communities all over the world to address the need for SDGs **16** – justice and strong institutions, **3** – good health and well-being, and **10** – reduced inequalities. The goal is to help family businesses maintain economic growth and foster balanced sustainable development by removing the systemic barriers to diverse families that will create peace and wellbeing in the home. The Family Civility Approach training program offers a comprehensive 360 solution through the following:

  • Spreading the concept of Family Civility from door to door to promote peace within households.
  • Conducting a 6-module workshop, a week-long community engagement, and case conferencing program that combines learning with practical work in the community.
  • Tailoring the TFCA program to fit each country’s available resources, experience, and cultural context.
  • Implementing TFCA as a method that applies evidence-based Social Services skills towards treating the entire family as a client, rather than focusing on individual persons.
  • Equipping trained professionals to compile a Community Information database, encompassing demographics, prevalent social issues within families, and collaborative solutions devised by families and the community as a whole.

To promote the well-being of families and their businesses, we provide consultation services for the creation of The Family Commission in various countries. This commission aims to advocate for and eliminate systemic barriers to diverse families. The initiative involves establishing a government body to oversee the equitable distribution of social assistance to a range of family structures.

Our Family DEI programs aim to encourage corporations to acknowledge the diverse family backgrounds of their team members and recognize how barriers they encounter can affect their efficiency. These programs are designed to eliminate these obstacles within the company, fostering inclusion that enhances both retention and productivity.

The Family Civility Institute is currently waiting to be registered as a non-profit private career college by the Ministry of Private Career Colleges, Toronto, Canada. This educational institution will provide a two-year diploma program focused on International Community Development.. The curriculum includes courses in Social Service Work, Project Management, and Change Management. Practical hours for certification in community development work are completed in The Caribbean and Kenya. In the second year, students work on community projects funded by the institute, requiring them to apply for funding grants.
